100 Gloucester Avenue Housing Opportunity

Pursuant to M.G.L.c 30B, the City of Gloucester is seeking responses for RFI #23108 100 Gloucester Avenue (Parcel ID: 40-87) Housing Opportunity. The City of Gloucester wishes to explore the development of a city-owned parcel of land for affordable housing purposes. The RFI package will be available on March 1, 2023 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent or by emailing: . Proposals must be received and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than March 31, 2023 @ 11:00 am. There will be a site visit meeting on March 9, 2023 @ 11:00 am on site.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, Massachusetts. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
