Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for Paving Materials.   Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than March 15, 2023 at 11:00 am. Bid packages will be available at the Purchasing Office or by emailing: beginning Thur. Feb. 23, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
