Refrigerator Repair Services

Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #23099, for Refrigerator Repair Services. MA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Feb. 15, 2023 at 11:00 am. Bid packages will be available by emailing or at the Purchasing Office beginning Jan. 25, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
