Designer Services Gloucester Water Pollution Control Facility Upgrade

The City of Gloucester is seeking qualification proposals from professional Engineers for Design Services in connection with upgrades and improvements to the City’s Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). The RFQ package will be available on December 14, 2022 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent via email: . A pre-proposal conference will be held at the City’s WPCF site, located at 50 Essex Avenue in Gloucester, MA on December 22 or 28, 2022, at 2:00 PM. Proposals must be received and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Jan. 13, 2023 @ 11:00 am.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.  The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
