[ARCHIVED] Upgrade to Citizens Request system

All citizens requests will now be handled through the Citizens' Request Tracker.

All departments are now using a new feature of our website called the Citizens' Request Tracker to handle electronic requests from citizens. The new system has many improvements including:

- the ability to track requests more effectively
- the ability to attach pictures or documents as part of the record of your request- the ability to group multiple requests for the same problem together to make handling them easier
- tools to make sure your requests are not overlooked if particular staff are out of the office

The new system increases access by adding the ability to submit requests via a Facebook App or via an iPhone App. We hope this will improve your experience dealing with the City, and will help us be more responsive to your needs.
