We are currently experiencing issues with the phone system at City Hall. You can contact City Hall offices by sending an email through the "Contact Us" link for each department on the city website, gloucester-ma.gov.
You can also call the City Hall Annex at 978-325-5299 to leave a message for City Hall offices. The administrative staff at the Annex will take a message and share it with the appropriate City Hall staff via instant message, and you will receive a call back within 24 hours.
Phones are working at all remote city offices, including DPW, Police, Fire, Harbormaster, Rose Baker Senior Center, and the City Hall Annex.
