Absentee ballot voting for the November 8, 2016 State Election is now open in the City Clerk's Office during regular business hours. Absentee ballot voting is for those voters who will not be in the City on Election day, have a physical disability preventing them from getting to the polls, or for religious belief. A ballot can be requested by mail by sending an absentee ballot request form or written, signed correspondence including voter name, address, date of birth, phone or email contact, and address to which the ballot should be mailed, to the Clerk's office at 9 Dale Ave Gloucester, MA 01930. Our hours are Mon-Wed 8:30am to 4pm, Thur. 8:30am to 6:30pm, and Fri. 8:30am to 12:30pm. ABSENTEE BALLOT VOTING IS OVER ON NOV. 7, 2016 AT NOON.
