FINAL MINUTES

BUSINESS – 7:15 AM

A - Continuation of review, discussion, amendment and approval of the draft decisions for the Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation submitted by Carrigan Enterprises for 14 Tufts Lane (Map 115, Lot 30; Map 125, Lots 22 and 71). The public hearing has been closed and the Commission has voted on a decision. This hearing is for final review of the draft decision only and is a continuation of discussion held at the regularly scheduled public meeting on 2/16/05.

Present – M. Schenk, A. J. Jackson, B. Febiger, L. Steele, S. Egan, N. Ryder, M. Harrison, M. Carrigan.

§ M. Schenk called the meeting to order.

§ N. Ryder read the decision to those present

§ The GCC reviewed the final wording of the draft decision.

§ N. Ryder typed the changes

§ M. Schenk noted for the record that the changes made were in consultation with the city legal department.

§ The GCC agreed unanimously on the changes and reasoning.

M. by B. Febiger to accept the final decision, 2^nd L. Steele, Vote - all in favor

All Commissioners present signed the decision.

The 14 Tufts Lane portion of the meeting was formally closed, M- B. Febiger, 2 – L. Steele, All in favor

B – Other Business

The GCC and Atty S. Egan discussed the following topics briefly.

§ Updating the ordinance, identifying specific issues, time line, and presentation

§ Drafting Regulations

§ Commission meeting process

§ Change in state regulations

§ Case Law precedence regarding submittal of insufficient information.
