We are now using the "Citizens' Request Tracker" (or CRT) help us manage citizens' requests more effectively, to make it easier for you to report problems and to give you better visibility of your requests as we work on them.

You can enter a request using the link below. When you enter a request you can attach photos or documents to the request. To use the system you can either create a user profile with a password, or be 'anonymous'. If you create a profile then you can come back to the site later to check on responses from City staff or add information to the request. Either way, if you enter your Email address you will receive updates automatically as staff respond.

The CRT also has a CRT iPhone App. The iPhone App uses the GPS capability of the device to locate the problem so you can upload a picture and tell us where the problem is in one easy step. Perfect for potholes!

Alternatively there is a Facebook App for the CRT. This uses your facebook profile to identify you, saving you the time of logging in or entering your name and address.
