The Public Service Division is responsible for maintenance and repair of City roads & sidewalks. The Business office is the contact point for road & sidewalk maintenance requests and any related questions concerning the services provided by the Public Service  Division.  Road and Sidewalk Obstruction/Dumpster Permits can be obtained at the DPW Business Office at 28 Poplar Street. Road opening permits for underground utility construction and driveway curb cuts can be obtained at the Engineering Department located at the City Hall Annex at 3 Pond Road, 2nd floor.   
Fees

• Road Opening /Curb Cut = $500.00  permit available at the Engineering Division City Hall Annex
• Sidewalk obstructions such as, but not restricted to, dumpsters or staging  = $75.00 per week permits available at the DPW Business Office
