To contact the City of Gloucester's Information Services Department, please use the Contact Us form.

Contacting the Help Desk:

City Employees - which include all departments except Police, Fire, and the Schools - have the City’s Information Services Department at their disposal for any issue related to their computer, phone, mobile device, or any other technology managed by the Information Services Department.

  • Help Desk hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Help Desk website: http://support.gloucester-ma.gov
  • Help Desk Phone Number: 978-325-5250
  • Users are encouraged to always use the Help Desk System for reporting issues

The Information Services Department is the the first point of contact for the Fire Department. The Information Services Department also provides support for email accounts to the Police Department.

If you have a mobile device that you would like connected to City email, please submit a request using the Help Desk.
