  • For any after hours emergency situations concerning the Gloucester Department of Public Works, please contact the Gloucester Police Department at 978-283-1212.
  • If your emergency is related to a STEP sewer system please call 978-282-7837.
  • If your emergency is related to a City maintained Grinder sewer system, please contact the call center for Woodard & Curran at  1-866-330-1143.
  • If your trash or recycling was missed call Hiltz Disposal 978-283-3555

Are you looking to recycle the shrink wrap from your boat? Hiltz Disposal, located at 24 Kondelin Road recycles boat shrink wrap. There is a small fee attached - ($10 for a carload, or small trailer load). You can bring it by Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm.
