Absentee Ballot Voting for November 7, 2017 Municipal Election

Absentee ballot voting is now available in the City Clerk's Office during regular business hours. Absentee ballots are for voters who will be unable to vote at the polls on Election Day due to: 1. Absence from the City during pollng hours,2. Physical disability preventing you from going to the polling place, 3. Religious belief. Absentee ballot applications are available online for those who are home bound or away at http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleidx.htm, or on the elections page on this website. We can accept absentee ballot applicatiions via fax: 
978-282-3051, email: mgiambanco@gloucester-ma.gov or mail to: 9 Dale Ave Gloucester, MA  01930 attn: Elections. Please note, If you are not using the absentee ballot application mail in form, correspondence must include your name, address,mailing address (if different than voting address), date of birth, phone number or email, and signature. City Clerk hours are: Monday -Wednesday 8:30am to 4:00pm, Thursday 8:30am to 6:30pm, and Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm.  
ABSENTEE VOTING ENDS ON MONDAY November 6, 2017 AT NOON.
