Applications are also available on the first floor of Gloucester City Hall. Please read the instructions carefully and be sure to include all supporting documentation.

If you prefer to purchase your beach sticker in person, we expect to begin selling them at City Hall in mid-May; however, we strongly suggest you take advantage of the mail-in application to avoid the long lines. Sale hours will be Mon-Wed 8:30-3:30, Thurs 8:30-6:00 and Friday 8:30–noon.

Residents with a Gloucester registration can also purchase a temporary beach sticker (voucher) at the beach through mid-June and a permanent sticker will be mailed within two weeks.

Sticker prices are the same as last year except for full-time resident senior stickers (age 65 and older) which are now $4 and valid through December 31, 2020.

Questions regarding eligibility can be addressed when we are fully staffed in mid-May by e-mailing beaches@gloucester-ma.gov or calling 978-281-9708.
